Decimals
A metric used to express the smaller denominations of a cryptocurrency that go below the value of a standard unit of any given currency. Unlike fiat currencies, which have currencies that represent a small fraction of one dollar (.01, .001) , many crypto currencies have decimal places that go into the one / millionths or one / billionths of a whole unit of cryptocurrency. This is done to make smaller everyday transactions of cryptocurrency for goods or services that would not normally be done with whole cryptocurrencies.
